Shipping & Returns
All items at Shop In Wonderland are final sale in store and online. This also includes all gift card sales. By using and purchasing from our website, you expressly agree that you are using this website at your sole risk.
Only if the item is defective by facotry fault will we accept a return within 14 days of your purchase. Store credit will be given in exchange. Buyer pays return shipping and will be reimburse after the product is returned to us.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted in store or online.
Delivery time and rates
Most orders are processed the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays).
Our web store is closed every Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders may still be made, but will not be processed until the following day.
All orders are shipped with insurance via USPS. Deliveries from our shop may take up to 7 to 10 business days for you to receive, depending on your location.
All of our packages are sent with tracking information. Tracking numbers are sent out automatically at the end of the day after your order status becomes 'In Transit'. It may take up to 24 hours for the email containing tracking information to be sent to you. Please keep in mind that USPS does not always update tracking information real-time. Therefore, tracking information is not guaranteed to be accurate or up to date.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shop In Wonderland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or packaging once orders have left our store.
Each package comes with a standard insurance coverage if it is shipped Priority Maill. Please see "Shipping Methods & Carriers" section. It is the responsibility of the customer to file any claims with USPS if there is an issue with damaged, lost or stolen goods upon arrival. Shop In Wonderland takes time to ensure that each item is packaged carefully, securely and is in perfect condition before the package leaves our store.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, Parcel Priority Mail, and First Class Mail are the only shipping methods we offer. Insurance up to $50 USD is offered on each package. Currently you cannot purchase additional insurance, but we plan to change this in the near future.
We currently only accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments must be in USD currency.
Any information provided by you to us on this website is soley used for ordering and account purposes. We will never sell or give away any information to any third parties.
